Titan Industrial USA – Shipping Policy

At Titan Industrial USA, we work hard to ship your industrial supplies fast, accurately, and safely. Please review the policy below to understand how shipping, delivery, and handling times work.


1. Order Processing Time

We ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Same-day shipping cutoff: 2:00 PM CST
    Orders placed before 2 PM typically ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend by 1 business day.


2. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship using:

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • FedEx (select cases)

Shipping methods are automatically chosen to provide the fastest and most cost-effective delivery based on package size and destination.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery windows:

  • Midwest: 1–2 business days

  • East Coast: 2–3 business days

  • South: 2–3 business days

  • West Coast: 3–5 business days

These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, and destination.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

  • Total order value

Free shipping promotions may apply to select products or order amounts.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to follow your package progress

Tracking updates may take several hours to appear depending on the carrier.


6. Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Titan Industrial USA is no longer liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

If your package is missing or delivered incorrectly:

  1. Check with neighbors or family members

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

We are happy to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for issues caused by carrier errors or incorrect customer-provided addresses.


7. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will make it right quickly.


8. International Shipping

At this time, Titan Industrial USA only ships within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.


9. Large Orders & B2B Freight

Bulk, wholesale, and pallet orders may ship via:

  • LTL freight

  • UPS/FedEx multi-package shipments

  • Local pickup (by appointment in Gilberts, IL)

B2B orders may require additional processing time.


10. Address Changes & Order Edits

We can only modify shipping addresses before an order is fulfilled.
Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once fulfilled or dispatched to the carrier, cancellations are not possible.
