Titan Industrial USA – Return & Refund Policy

At Titan Industrial USA, we stand behind the quality of our industrial-grade products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — quickly and professionally.
Please review the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used nitrile gloves

  • Opened consumables (microfiber towels, lens wipes, shop towels, tape, etc.)

  • Custom-assembled J-Rod setups if they show signs of use

  • Clearance or final-sale items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Items returned in used or non-resellable condition

  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

  • Damage caused by improper use or installation


Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or item, we’re happy to help.

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong glove size

  • Wrong variation (e.g., nozzle size, towel color)

  • Defective items

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.

We will replace:

  • Products damaged in shipping

  • Items with manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items sent in error

To speed up the process, please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We typically resolve these issues within 24–48 hours.


Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We sent the wrong item

  • The item arrived defective

  • The issue was caused by Titan Industrial USA

We can provide a prepaid return label upon request. In cases where the return is not our fault, the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund.


Restocking Fees

Generally no restocking fee is charged.
However, a restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply if:

  • The returned item is opened

  • Packaging is damaged

  • Components are missing


How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@titanindustrialusa.net with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll reply with instructions within 1 business day.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has been fulfilled or handed off to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.
